Yup, I was going a little stir crazy from spending so much time in the house... Our nightly walks with Avery are getting longer all the time, but I needed a change of scenery. We also have had this incredible heat wave going on, in the 90's all week, so the search for shade and a new environment led us to the Meadowdale International Raceway. Only a 20-minute drive from home, the Raceway is now a hiking trail that offered a nice path and a little bit of local history too.
