It's Been A While...

Hard to believe it's been over a month since my last post...so much has happened.  First, here's a look at what Jason wrote up while his class discussed MLK Jr. Day.  It reads:  "I have a dream that there will be no bullies.  Also, I want people to be safe in our county and everywhere."  His bully issue was resolved a couple months ago when he moved into second grade, but he still remembers how bad it felt.

We spent the afternoon of the actual MLK day at the library, which was holding its annual Children's Flea Market.  The boys have participated the past couple years and usually do pretty well.  This year they each made $14. 

 

Here's the boys in the hospital family lounge.  Poor guys have spent way too much time in hospitals over the past 19 months.  Hopefully this is was the last time for a long time.  I have to give them credit, they always manage to have a smile and find something to do!
