Today we had Jack's 10th birthday friend party at the Midwest Elite Gymnastics Academy (MEGA). The boys have been there on field trips with summer camp and I was able to get the whole place for just us! A dozen kids, an open gym... they started off with kicking a huge ball around, then did running jumps into a huge 6-foot deep pit filled with foam blocks on top of trampolines, and then pretty much whatever they wanted. Some kids played tag, some were on balance beams, trampolines, the high bar, climbing ropes... they ended up sweaty messes then we filled them up with cake and juice. Perfect!
