Jack's leaving for his second year at UW-P was a little easier than his first, but after a summer of having him around every day, I'll admit was not 'easy'. I'm excited for his expectations for this year's cross country and track seasons and hope he achieves all he wants to with sports and classes.
This year Jack will have three roommates but each has their own room and they have two full bathrooms, kitchen, and living room among them. And no devolving to ramen noodles three times a day -- we continued with the campus meal plan to ensure Jack gets proper calories and nutrition to support his training efforts. We didn't get to meet the roomies this week as they are apparently not fall athletes, who were the only people moving in today, so Jack has a week or so of the place to himself.
