The time came to sign up for the Elgin Fox Trot 5k, which Jack and I ran for the first time last year. This year Jason insisted on joining us, and I gotta say, I was a little worried that he wouldn't make it. Well, he ended up coming in first of the three of us, beating Jack by one one-hundredth of a second. But, Jack and I both beat last year's time by over one minute, finishing under 37 minutes. Most importantly, none of us ever stopped to walk any part of the course, even the hills. SOOOOO proud of my boys!!!!!!!!!
