I took the boys to the Morton Arboretum yesterday, after visiting the Villa Park Public Works open house...the kids got to ride on all the big machines (snow plows, bulldozers, etc.). Once I figure out how to resize the pictures I will add them in. My on-line picture album and this blog have been thwarted by the death of our former desktop; be patient.
Anyway, we are down to our last week of summer before Jack starts school on Wednesday, and we had a gorgeous day yesterday. The Arboretum was beautiful, as it always is. I am so glad we opted for the annual pass. At the end of a very wet and tiring day, I suggested the boys roll down the hill and they thought it was the coolest thing.
