Jack heads to middle school!! This will be the second school he attends, although Abbott Middle School isn't completely new --he went there once a week for the past two years for band/orchestra practice. He's looking forward to having violin class every day and Spanish for the first time.
Jason is headed back to Otter Creek Elementary but will be in the 5/6 split class instead of the regular 5th grade. We'll see what happens with that... I wasn't consulted on this decision and neither was he! Jason is looking forward to competing in Battle of the Books again this year and is a little sad that his girlfriend Makenzie isn't in his class.
