We couldn't swing a whole week off for Spring Break this year, but we did manage to get away for three days. We headed to the Mall of America in Minneapolis and spent two days at the Nickelodeon Universe amusement park. We've been there a few times before and the kids love it. Jason was finally tall enough to be able to ride ALL the rides, and did so with a fervor that was unmatched by the rest of us...all he wanted to ride was the roller coasters!
